CherishCards lets you design, customise and share digital invitations for weddings and other events. We provide the tools and designs; you provide accurate details for your invitation.

2. Acceptable Use

• You confirm you own or have rights to any content, photos and text you provide.
• You will not use the service for unlawful purposes or to create invitations that infringe others’ rights.
• You will not attempt to disrupt, overload or misuse the platform.

3. Intellectual Property

Designs, templates, code and branding remain the property of Thodberry. Upon completing an order, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use your invitation for its intended purpose. You may not resell, redistribute or copy our designs without permission.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown before purchase and may change over time. Payment is processed securely through third-party providers. Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thodberry is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
